Abstract--- Pre-calciner-preheater combination is the best method for providing improved efficiency and production in a cement rotary kiln. This paper describes the design and implementation of a new pre-calciner for the cement kiln. In this paper, methods to improve the production efficiency of a cement kiln are investigated.
