Dryer cracked drum. 05-17-2023 10:29 AM (Last edited 05-18-2023 09:10 AM ) in. 4 years ago we purchased all our appliances from Samsung because we trust it, and we chose to buy the highest level of washer and dryer, but unfortunately, after only 4 years we found out the dryer drum was cracked and ripped off the clothes.

The dryer has a thumping noise while running and the drum is cracked. The warranty is expired (because they are extremely short), but this dryer is only 2 and a half years old, so this is really frustrating to have such significant damage on an appliance that has seen normal use and has not been abused.
